Robert Half International Sales Coordinator in Oxford, Connecticut


OfficeTeam is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to fill an exciting role. Are you a self-starter? Do you want the chance to grow your career? Then apply today! This short-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity is for a Sales Assistant willing to work in Oxford, Connecticut.


  • Aiding sales teams by contributing administrative, technical and clerical support

  • Supporting efforts to coordinate orders and ensuring completion of process

  • Drafting correspondence and proofreading documents

  • Producing sales reports and preparing presentations

  • Handling preparations for and attending trade shows and conventions

  • Providing superior customer service

  • Making arrangements related to travel and meetings

  • Handling additional Sales Assistant-related duties as assigned

  • Conducting and coordinating internal training courses

  • Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services

    Requirements - Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients and vendors

  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field recommended

    • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
  • Recommended experience includes 2+ years of Sales Assistance

  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds

  • Proficiency in Manufactured Products

  • Order entry experience preferred

  • Foundational knowledge in data entry

  • Customer service experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
