Aiding sales teams by contributing administrative, technical and clerical support
Supporting efforts to coordinate orders and ensuring completion of process
Drafting correspondence and proofreading documents
Producing sales reports and preparing presentations
Handling preparations for and attending trade shows and conventions
Providing superior customer service
Making arrangements related to travel and meetings
Handling additional Sales Assistant-related duties as assigned
Conducting and coordinating internal training courses
Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services
Requirements - Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients and vendors
BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field recommended
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
Recommended experience includes 2+ years of Sales Assistance
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Proficiency in Manufactured Products
Order entry experience preferred
Foundational knowledge in data entry
Customer service experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
