Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals in the warehouse.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on all desktop systems.
Assist in setting up new workstations and ensuring proper connectivity.
Collaborate with other IT team members to address and resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
Ensure the security of all desktop systems by implementing and maintaining appropriate measures.
Provide training and support to warehouse staff on the use of technology and systems.
Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; bachelor’s degree, preferred.
2+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with network troubleshooting and support.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning technology is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
