Robert Half Property Management Administrative Assistant in Pacific Palisades, California
Description
Our property management client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the property management team at a high profile property located in the Pacific Palisades. This is an on site position and the hours are 9-6. You will assist with all administrative support functions such as dealing with tenants, processing work orders, addressing tenant issues and other clerical tasks. This job requires someone with excellent customer service skills.
Major responsibilities
Assist other employees with diverse projects
Handle telephone calls
Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing
Greet and direct visitors
Requirements - Solid understanding of Commercial Property Management
- Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Proven ability to use the internet for research
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
