Description
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our organization. You will play a crucial role in providing friendly and professional assistance in both English and Spanish, ensuring all individuals feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner, providing information or transferring calls as needed.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations as requested.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and staff members in both English and Spanish.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
