Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Lease Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for abstracting lease details, managing budgets, and reconciling financial data in accordance with lease agreements. Strong proficiency in Excel and a deep understanding of real estate lease terminology are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Abstract lease agreements to accurately capture key terms and financial obligations.

Maintain lease databases and ensure data integrity.

Interpret lease language to ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.

Manage budgeting processes related to lease expenses, including rent, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.

Monitor lease-related expenses and track against budgetary projections.

Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management review.

Collaborate with property managers, landlords, and tenants to resolve lease-related issues.

Conduct lease audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to lease administration.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate lease administration or property management.

Strong understanding of real estate lease terminology and concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data manipulation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with lease management software is a plus.
