Robert Half Attorney/Lawyer in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Description We are in search of an Attorney/Lawyer with a focus on Personal Injury law to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to manage and review cases, as well as advise other attorneys within our legal firm. This role is within the legal industry and requires specific skills in Document Management, Complaint Handling, and Personal Injury Law.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all cases are handled promptly and professionally
• Review and evaluate cases, providing insightful advice to other attorneys in the firm
• Handle complaint management, resolving customer inquiries efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all customer credit applications
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Continually monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Advise and support other attorneys within the firm, promoting a collaborative working environment
• Stay updated on changes and developments in personal injury law, applying this knowledge to current cases
• Ensure all legal processes and procedures are adhered to, maintaining the high standards of the legal industry. Requirements
• Possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field, specifically handling personal injury cases
• Proficiency in document management and complaint handling
• Knowledge of personal injury law and the ability to apply it to case analyses
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrable ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle high pressure situations and meet deadlines
• Willingness to continue learning and improving lawyering skills.
