Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Director of Marketing in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our teams in Front End, Traffic, and Back End Marketing, while developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. This role will be pivotal in driving our brand's growth in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to marketing teams, guiding them in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Implement direct response marketing techniques to promote our services and products.
• Lead media buying efforts across various channels, including affiliate traffic, YouTube, and Facebook, to maximize promotional opportunities.
• Manage monthly launches, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Understand and implement direct marketing copy and sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions to our target audience.
• Manage marketing technology stacks for efficient campaign execution and reporting.
• Conduct regular performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Marketing
• Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) is necessary
• Should have strong knowledge and experience in using CRM
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights is required
• Skills in Google AdWords and Google Analytics are essential
• Must have experience in creating and managing Advertisements
• Should have a strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies
• Expertise in Campaign Planning is necessary
• Knowledge and experience in Collateral Management are needed
• Must be well-versed in Digital Marketing strategies and tools
