Description We are in search of a Marketing Production Coordinator to join our team based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As a Marketing Production Coordinator, you will be crucial in managing customer interactions, maintaining precise records, and handling various marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and process customer interactions using CRM and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Utilize Atlassian Jira and Microsoft Excel to maintain precise records of customer data.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring top-notch communication at all times.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions as required.
• Play a pivotal role in the construction and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the budget processes, ensuring all marketing activities are within budget.
• Manage contracts, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Use About Time software to efficiently track and manage time spent on various tasks.
• Coordinate with various departments for the production and launch of marketing initiatives. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira software for project management and issue tracking
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites for document creation, presentations, and database management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling
• Knowledge of About Time software for efficient project tracking
• Understanding of budget processes and financial management
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and clients
• Familiarity with the construction industry and related processes
