Robert Half is recruiting for a strong Controller / Accounting Manager Consultant for a privately held Hospitality client. The consultant will be responsible for an efficient and accurate month-end close process, general ledger, preparing any adjusting journal entries. In addition, the consultant will prepare all financial reports including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow. This role can be done remote and Jonas system is required to have.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Jonas ERP required

-Knowledge of Management Reporting

-Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a cross functional team environment

-Part Time role of 20-24 hours ( remote)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or relevant financial sector

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting

• Proficient in the use of General Ledger

• Experience in Reviewing Journal Entries

• Ability to handle Month End Close procedures

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Familiarity with financial software and systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to accounting and finance

• Certification (such as CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA) is a plus. ( not required)
