Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Palmetto, Florida. In this role, you will have a crucial part in managing the recruitment process for various roles within our industry. Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

• Assist with employee orientation in order to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.

• Utilize various job boards such as Indeed and Facebook for sourcing potential candidates.

• Leverage ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for processing and maintaining applicant information.

• Manage and resolve any recruitment-related inquiries and issues.

• Regularly visit different locations as part of the recruitment process.

• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to track and manage applicants.

• Perform background checks on potential hires as part of the recruitment process.

• Use communication skills to effectively interact with potential hires and team members.

• Utilize CRM and Applicant Track System to manage customer relationships and track applicants respectively.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Applicant Track System.

• Proficiency in using CareerBuilder for recruitment purposes.

• Ability to conduct Background Checks in compliance with legal and company guidelines.

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

• Familiarity with About Time software.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions in HR context.

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must have legal right to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.

• Willingness to undergo a background check in compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
