Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare daily financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
Process credit card payments and resolve potential discrepancies
Facilitate collection from overdue accounts as necessary
Track and record payments remitted and services rendered
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field
CPA licensure highly preferred
Five or more years of experience in an accounts receivable or accounts payable environment
Experience with account reconciliation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with invoicing and data entry software
Proficiency with all standard accounting and presentation software and platforms
