Description
Are you ready to join a growing, innovative, industry powerhouse? We are looking for a efficient legal professional with a strong background in contracts to assist the team with contract review and analysis.
This is a fully remote position for anyone with a background supporting a Legal Contracts team. Candidates at any educational background with 3+ years direct experience reviewing and managing contracts are encouraged to apply.
The day-to-day functions will primarily be:
Responsible for all transactional contract reviews as a first reviewer
Complete understanding of the end-to-end contracting process and manages the inhouse contract management system.
Understands and can explain the technical differences between the various contract types
Continuously improve standard form agreements and legal processes.
Administer and resolve legal issues and contract interpretation matters that arise in existing commercial relationships.
Manage contracts database and publication of periodic updates
Assist with work in other legal areas.

Requirements
3+ years direct experience working in legal on contracts
