OfficeTeam is looking for a High Level Executive Assistant to support C-Level Management on a temporary or temporary to full time basis. Responsibilities includes but not limited to: -Directly provide Administrative support for the Managing Director and other executives -Development, implementation and maintenance of the company's hard copy and electronic filing system -Coordination of meetings, general communications and event planning with partnership members and staff -Scheduling of meetings, travel, entertainment and events for C-level management and interfacing with global colleagues, partnership members and potential new partners as part of this process -Calendar management for C-level management -Processing of expense reports, paying bills, tracking expenses vs budget -Project management for special projects as assigned If interested and experienced, please email your resume in WORD format to: AND
