Job Title: HR Generalist (Payroll Specialist)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position calls for a detail-oriented individual who will be primarily responsible for running payroll along with the execution of daily HR-related operations.
Responsibilities:
Administering the organization’s payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
Overseeing all HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, recruitment documents, and employee records.
Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to payroll, benefits, and other HR responsibilities.
Working closely with the HR team to implement effective strategies for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention.
Responding to HR-related inquiries or requests from employees in a timely and supportive manner.
Assisting in organizing and coordinating staff training sessions and workshops.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role with payroll responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software, and payroll systems.
Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organizing and multi-tasking abilities.
Demonstrated problem-solving and team management skills.
The successful candidate will have impressive decision-making skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain good relationships with both employees and external stakeholders. They must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially and navigate any issues or discrepancies that may arise. This position plays a critical role in the smooth operations of the HR department and contributes greatly to the well-being of our employees.
