Your responsibilities in this role

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload

• Support attorney through all stages of project work

• Research and analyze intricate legal documents Requirements

• Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired

• Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

• Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

• Well-founded grasp of Discovery Responses

• Litigation ParaLegal experience

• Discovery experience highly desired

• Proven knowledge of Discovery Requests

• Knowledge of Defense Litigation

• Defense Firm experience desired
