Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role is onsite based in Lancaster County, PA.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements.

  • Performs tasks including but not limited to benefits, and leave/FMLA; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; productivity, recognition, and occupational health and safety; and training and development

  • Manages and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants and maintains and coordinates new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits options, enrollment processes, and changes.

  • Work with external vendors to evaluate and enhance the organization's benefits offerings.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager

  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR).

  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) implementation and management.
