OfficeTeam is seeking an amazing Vice President of Real Estate Operations. The VP of Real Estate Operations is responsible for all operations of Utah real estate assets help by the company. The qualified VP candidate must have proven project management leadership experience. The VP is responsible for meeting the commercial portfolio NOI targets, hitting capex project schedules and budgets, and utilizing monthly forecast vs. plan reports to prepare hot issues and drive actions to get back to plan. The candidate should be experienced at taking responsibility for measured goals within a fast paced growth environment and exhibit emotional maturity. A qualified candidate is focused, eager to learn, a forward thinker, and can think of the bigger picture, while still paying close attention to detail.
