Join an expanding team in this growing firm as an Accounting Manager. Candidate must be detail-oriented and results-driven to thrive in this position. The Accounting Manager will supervise daily operations, including preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. What you get to do every single day

Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics and actual spend against budgets/outlook

Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processes

Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts

Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• General familiarity with funds transfer

• Wide ranging experience with Bank Account Reconciliation

• Monthly Reconciliation experience

• Earlier work involving supervising

• Daily Reconciliation experience

• Quality experience with Daily Cash Management

• Command of account management

• Reconcile Account experience highly desired

• Proven knowledge of reconciliations

• Well-founded grasp of treasury

• Practical knowledge of cash management

• Payments Reconciliation experience

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Proven technical skills

• Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
