Description
Fast growing manufacturing services company located in Central Morris County is seeking an Accounting Manager to add to their team. The successful candidate will have responsibilities for overseeing general accounting, including accounting operations, capital expenses, budgeting and forecasting. Will supervise 4 people and also report results to the parent company overseas. Must have an Accounting Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience. Will oversee and manage all accounting functions including financial reporting and supervising the general accounting team. MUST have VERY strong EXCEL skills including V Lookups, Pivot Tables and Formulas. The company is currently on a HYBRID schedule with 3x a week in the office and 2 days remote. They offer an EXCELLENT Quality of Life work life balance, strong benefits, along with a strong 401k match. Very high exposure role working closely with the Controller and CFO. Need a hands-on approach and career driven individuals in this role as it will offer good upside potential.
