Description
Our client, a trusted family law firm in New Jersey, is seeking to add an Attorney to their team. This role will be based in either Parsippany or Hackensack NJ offices.
We are seeking very special family law attorneys (throughout New Jersey) to join our growing firm. In this position, you will have the rare chance to be an active participant in the firm.

Responsibilities
• Prepare Family Law related documents including pleadings and correspondence
• Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the proper course of action
• Represent clients in court
• Must be prepared to step in and handle pieces of existing family law cases; as well as handle new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial
Requirements
Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey
• Minimum of 3 years of family law experience outside of a clerkship but more experience preferred
• Can handle own caseload with independent decision making and has some trial experience
• Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be self-motivated and organized
• Excellent research skills
• An existing book of business is a plus, but not required
