Description

We are offering a role for a Brand Manager based in New Jersey. This role is in the wellness industry and provides a contract employment opportunity. The Brand Manager will be instrumental in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand growth and market share. The individual will be involved in managing and optimizing brand performance, identifying consumer insights, and executing innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of strategic plans in conjunction with management and brand principles, including product launches, promotional activities, and pricing strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R& D and product development to identify and develop new products, services, and digital solutions aligned with brand objectives.

• Lead the development process from concept to commercialization.

• Develop and implement marketing programs including traditional and digital advertising, promotions, pricing, and shopper and trade marketing.

• Maintain open communication with sales force to ensure execution of key programs and consistency with brand strategic guidelines.

• Oversee point of purchase/merchandising projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and scope.

• Develop, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess initiatives and drive brand success.

• Adhere to budget and compliance requirements and resolve issues as needed to achieve the plan.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in Marketing

• Proficiency in CRM software, database systems, and EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

• Experience in conducting Facebook Insights and Gap Analysis

• Proven skills in creating and managing advertisements

• Strong understanding of brand awareness and brand marketing strategies

• Experience in campaign planning and execution

• Ability to design and create engaging content for the brand

• Proficiency in MS Word and other MS Office Suite applications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
