Robert Half Employee Relations Specialist in Parsippany, New Jersey


Our client has a great opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their growing Human Resources Department. Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Specialist include but are not limited to:

  • Handling all employee relations including general relations, complaints, and thorough investigations

  • Employee development

  • Employee training

  • Succession planning

  • Talent management

  • Providing recommendations to employees as it pertains to conflict resolution

  • Handle immigration process and expatriate program as well as assisting employes with travel visa information

  • Manage and develop performance appraisal system and program recommendations

  • Handle all separation paperwork, unemployment claims, and hearings

  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and laws

  • Conduct exit interviews and prepares turnover analysis reports

  • Assist in new hire and termination activities


Candidates applying to this position are required to have a completed bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of working knowledge in HR, specifically employee relations and investigations. Experience with UltiPro is a plus. PHR or other HR certifications are also a big plus. Apply today to be considered!
