Description
A busy company in the Parsippany area is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their growing organization. This Full Charge Bookkeeper will get the chance to join a growing team that has an excellent work/life balance and offers a flexible hybrid working schedule. This Full Charge Bookkeeper will report directly into the CFO. The ideal Full Charge Bookkeeper will have 5+ years of accounting experience and possess strong Excel skills (pivot table and vlookups proficiency). Responsibilities of this Full Charge Bookkeeper will include but not be limited to:
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the management and processing of accounts payable, including expense report reconciliations and bank wire transfers
Handling all aspects of the full life cycle accounts receivable
Conducting regular reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
Maintaining records on 1099s
Assisting in the preparation of year-end audits & tax filings
Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Managing the daily matching of bank feed transactions
This Full Charge Bookkeeper position is paying between $75,000 and $85,000 annually depending on experience. If interested in this Full Charge Bookkeeper role, apply today!
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeping role
Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
