Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR team based in Parsippany, New Jersey, United States. The role is for a Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for various HR-related functions, including but not limited to, coordinating HR and external training administrative processes, managing employee documentation, handling new hire orientation, and providing administrative assistance to the recruiting function.
Responsibilities:
Manage HR and external training processes.
Distribute and track necessary documents and notifications to employees.
Oversee the milestone awards program.
Handle data entry and reporting via Training Software.
Organize logistics for new hire orientations and HR training.
Set up new employee files, handle paperwork, and maintain orderly personnel and training files.
Cover lunch breaks, time-off and provide backup for the reception desk as needed.
Provide administrative support to recruitment activities.
Handle vendor registration documents and contract management.
Maintain and update Ultipro and other databases as required.
Assist in invoice processing, payment tracking and budget tracking related to your tasks.
Handle relevant monthly reporting tasks.
Participate in special projects and assist others in various duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources role
HR administration
Heavy Data Entry and tracking
Heavy follow up
