Description
We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role involves a variety of human resources functions, with a focus on benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. We offer an exciting opportunity for those with a strong understanding of ADP human resources systems and other related skills.
Responsibilities:
Proficient in ADP human resources systems
Use effective recruiting and staffing techniques
Coordinate employee benefits including health and 401K plans
Manage compliance and confidentiality in employee records
Process internal transfers and promotions for employees
Consult with supervisors on employee relations
Prepare EEO and other related reports
Conduct exit interviews and terminations alongside Personnel Director
Ensure company compliance with Federal, State laws and OSHA regulations
Identify and organize training programs to improve employee skills
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a similar HR Generalist role
Proficient in ADP Workforce Now
Demonstrable knowledge of Benefit Functions
Experience in Compensation Administration
Strong understanding of HR Compliance regulations
Proven experience in managing Employee Relations.
