Robert Half Sr. Compensation Analyst in Parsippany, New Jersey
Description Our client has a great opportunity for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join their growing team. Responsibilities of the Sr. Compensation Analyst include but are not limited to:
annual global salary and bonus processes.
drafting, reviewing, and revising policies and procedures surrounding pay management and communicating with HR functional leaders and staff.
Perform job analysis, job evaluation, and job benchmarking processes to ensure compensation competitiveness in job markets as well as compliance to legal and regulatory mandates.
Provide HRIS support and work with HRIS-dependent systems (e.g. salesforce.com, and payroll etc.), to enhance the functionality and reporting capabilities of information.
Work collaboratively with HR/Management to determine analysis and reporting needs.
Specialize in data, reporting and organization/position maintenance with specialization in the correlation of jobs to compensation data.
Reviews salary actions for adherence to overall compensation philosophy and parameters.
Elevates information regarding out of policy actions and makes recommendations to HR business partners and line management.
International Compensation Support in relation to global projects, including global grading, sales incentive plans, expatriate vendor management, incentive, and total rewards strategy.
Compile data for salary survey submissions and conduct analysis of results. Requirements
Candidates applying to this position are required to have:
4 year completed degree in a related field of study
Global mid sized company experience
Manufacturing industry
Union employee experience
Salary surveys and sales incentive/comp expertise
this position is for a person focused in strictly compensation, NOT benefits or total rewards
This position offers the ability to work remotely, but applicants must be commutable to Parsippany, NJ. Only candidates that are commutable to Parsippany NJ and meet the above requirements will be contacted for interviews.
