Description

Robert Half is looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist for an organization in the health and wellness industry offering a hybrid work schedule.

SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the full life cycle of the recruitment and hiring processes. The TA Specialist will work to identify, qualify, and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers while acting as the Brand Ambassador and ensuring to represent the company in a positive manner at all times.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle to include identifying, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates to determine suitability and availability for positions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to obtain criteria for open positions at all levels of the organization in order to best target the most qualified skill sets available on the market.

  • Conduct effective recruitment searches to develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by posting effective job descriptions and utilizing appropriate technical resources such as LinkedIn, career websites, and other social media platforms.

  • Prepare and extend offers of employment to candidates and re-negotiate employment terms if/when needed.

  • Maintain communication with prospective candidates regarding updates and job status throughout the interview and decision-making process.

  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential field professionals to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, obtain referrals, and generate leads.

  • Represent the organization at selected industry conferences, job fairs, and open houses in order to attract large groups of candidates.

  • Maintain and track all applicants interview notes and feedback for the hiring manager in TA software.

  • Coordinate and conduct monthly new hire orientation with leadership.

  • Maintain employee files and all HR related support documentation with a high level of confidentiality.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to drive key results.

  • Generate and analyze various HR reports and metrics as needed or requested such as time to fill, cost per hire, cost per vacancy, new hire failure rate, applications/interviews per hire, and turnover.

  • Collaborate with the HR team as needed for special projects or day-to-day hiring related functions.

Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Pipeline, Talent Sourcing, Full Cycle Recruiting, Full Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting Activities, Recruitment - High Volume, Conduct Interviews, New Hire Orientations, Paycom, Applicant Screening, Applicant Track System

  • 3-5 years of full cycle, high-volume recruiting experience required; Healthcare recruiting experience specifically is highly desired!

  • Paycom software knowledge is a plus; Must be proficient with video platforms such as MS Teams & Zoom; LinkedIn and Indeed recruiting experience is preferred.

  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s registration and license.

  • Must be vaccinated/proof of vaccination is required.

  • Strong business acumen and sense of professionalism with confidence interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization.

  • Strategic with the ability to bring new ideas to the table to create efficiencies and drive results.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, drive solutions, and effectively problem-solve.

  • Not easily overwhelmed with the ability to operate with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.

  • Resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated with a team player mentality and positive attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail, level of accuracy, and organizational skills.
