Description
Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong background in 3rd party billing is needed for a growing team in the Pasadena, Texas Area. If you have industry exposure in the Construction or Industrial sector with heavy billing experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This role is hiring immediately on a contract to permanent basis.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:
Heavy billing exposure with 3rd party portals for Exxon, BP, Chevron, etc.
Familiar with reconciling hours / labor hours
Responsible for processing high volume invoices - daily and weekly
Must have experience in TRACK
3-5+ years' experience working in an AR role within the Construction / Industrial Industry.
Requirements
Must have experience working in 3rd Party Portals - TRACK, Open Invoice, Ariba, Coupa
Keen eye to details
Great customer service skills as you will be collaborating with internal and external customers
