Description OfficeTeam currently has an opening in Pasadena for a Marine and Ship Dispatcher. In this role you will be responsible for scheduling drivers in a timely manner, taking customer orders, assisting in resolving customer disputes, maintaining shipping log and reports, maintaining account profiles, and data entry. This position requires a high level of communication and customer service, a friendly disposition and an eagerness to help. Our client is open to an entry level dispatcher that they can train within their company and this position offers long-term, stability and growth. Experienced dispatcher are highly recommended as well. This position is based on shifts- 7 days on and 7 days off; Thursday-Wednesday; alternating nights and days with each shift. 40+ hours a week, with overtime.
