Robert Half Sales Support Specialist in Peachtree City, Georgia

Description We are looking for a Credit Clerk to become a part of our Sales Support team in Peachtree City, Georgia. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. You will also have the responsibility to monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect overdue payments.


• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries related to credit

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments

• Establish and maintain good customer relations, ensuring prompt and world-class service

• Follow up on missed sales opportunities and provide quote responses

• Review and maintain long-term contract agreements

• Provide technical information to customers when required

• Utilize all applicable sales tools and reports for the management of customer accounts

• Coordinate with other departments within the organization to achieve sales targets

• Maintain specific customer database information

• Research products and maintain a fundamental understanding of their technical use. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support role or similar

• Proficient in customer service with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work under pressure

• Proactive mindset with an ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Willingness to continue learning and improving sales support skills.
