LOAN ADMINISTRATOR - Well-Established Financial Institution in Peachtree Corners
My client, a well-established financial institution in Peachtree Corners, is looking for a Loan Administrator to join their team for an immediate, direct-hire opportunity. The Loan Administrator will play a pivotal role in assisting members and potential members with their financial needs, while providing comprehensive information on banking institution products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess member financial needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Apply effective sales techniques during loan interviews to match members with suitable products and services.
Educate members on various product offerings, including loans and credit options, aligning them with their financial goals.
Manage inbound and outbound consumer loan origination calls.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the credit union's lending policies and procedures.
Guide members through the lending process for auto loans, personal loans, and credit cards.
Deliver superior member service through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and facsimile.
Proactively suggest cross-selling opportunities, including deposit products.
Complete loan applications and collaborate with the consumer lending team to ensure smooth processing and timely decision communication.
Provide guidance on improving credit scores.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for credit life, disability, gap, and warranty products.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and adhere to deadlines.
Fulfill other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
2+ years of lending experience.
3+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
Preferred previous sales and lending experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and attention to detail abilities.
