Robert Half Property Administrator in Pembroke Pines, Florida

Description

We are currently looking for a professional, highly-organized Property Administrator for our well-established real estate group in Pembroke Pines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to our properties, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and on schedule.

Job duties:

  • Act as a primary liaison between property owners and tenants.

  • Carry out the administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

  • Manage all aspects of tenant leasing, including processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, collecting deposits and rent payments.

  • Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with local laws and company regulations.

  • Address and resolve tenant issues in a prompt, professional manner.

  • Assist in budget preparation and enforcement.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business administration, property management, or a relevant field is a plus).

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the property management sector.

  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge in property laws and regulations.

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in property management software will be an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation as the role may require occasional travel within the Pembroke Pines area.
