Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in PENFIELD, New York. The role involves supporting project managers, coordinating logistics, and managing vendors in the industry. This role will be based in a professional workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting Project Managers by creating documents, populating reports, and addressing client requests
• Proofreading various documents including reports and online questionnaires
• Managing and coordinating with vendors on a regular basis
• Handling logistics to ensure research samples reach consumers effectively
• Coordinating reservations and supplies for offsite research and events
• Sourcing of product samples and supplies for project needs
• Undertaking special projects as needed
• Shipping and product preparation for research samples
• Managing timelines effectively and ensuring project tasks are completed on time. Requirements • Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
• Demonstrable experience with Data Entry
• Ability to Manage Timelines effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Familiarity with Scanning documents
• Must possess strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
