Robert Half Payroll Administrator in PENNSAUKEN, New Jersey


Robert Half has an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to manage the production of accurate and timely payroll for employees, communicate effectively, and deliver strong internal customer service while working in a deadline-driven environment for one of their clients. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the South Jersey area. You'll want to apply for this fantastic opportunity as soon as you can!

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensures that time records are accurate and that any inconsistencies or errors are resolved.

  • Transmits payments to employees in a timely and accurate manner

  • Answers any questions that employees might have about payment and work to resolve any payment issues that arise.

  • Processes and maintains records of regular deductions from employee payments.


The ideal Payroll Administrator candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.

Other requirements for the Payroll Administrator position include and are not limited to:

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Ultipro, ADP, PayChex or comparable required

  • Strong organization skills, customer service and deadline driven
