We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part-time Human Resources Generalist in Pennsylvania. The Part-time Human Resources Generalist role is within the Human Resources consulting industry and requires someone who can effectively manage Human Resources-related tasks for non-profit clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the Human Resources inbox to ensure all communications are addressed promptly

• Review and analyze resumes, identifying potential candidates for various roles

• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability

• Manage HRIS data and spreadsheets, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate

• Utilize various job boards, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to attract potential candidates

• Communicate effectively with hiring managers, providing updates on recruitment processes

• Manage employee files, ensuring they are organized and maintained for various programs

• Conduct pre-employment screenings and track the progress of each candidate

• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires

• Use tools such as Asana for project management and Harvest for time tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Proficiency in corporate recruiting

• Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently

• Experience conducting new-employee orientations

• Skilled in personnel file maintenance

• Familiarity with onboarding processes

• Knowledge of pre-employment processes and testing

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Familiarity with Human Resources software and databases

• Strong decision-making skills

• Ability to work part-time hours.
