The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HRIS in the ADP Workforce Now system, employee relations, and benefits administration.
The ideal Human Resources candidate will have the following qualifications:
At least 5-7 years of HR Management experience
A Bachelors degee
A SPHR or SHRM-CP designation
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now software
Benefits administration experience
Employee relations experience
