OfficeTeam is seeking a temporary Human Resource Generalist to assist with employee complaints, or allegations of discrimination, harassment or any violation of company policies in the work place. The daily duties will include conducting HR investigations with the rest of the HR team. Confidentiality is a key component of this role! Other requirements are strong strategic thinking skills, the ability to asses needs and provide solutions, and proficiency in the entire Microsoft suite. This candidate must have at least 2-4 Years of previous HR experience. Key responsibilities

  • Review the internet to locate potential customers

  • Partake in new employee on-boarding orientation planning

  • Manage employee database records

  • Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of HR related experience desired

  • Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • Comprehensive knowledge of investigation

  • Strong familiarity with strategic planning

  • Foundational knowledge in Creative Solutions

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365
