Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Petaluma, California
Robert Half is seeking a proactive and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the executive team of a Community Health Foundation in Sonoma County. The ideal candidate will have experience working with executive boards, calendar management, and provide other administrative support as needed.
Provide high-level administrative support to executive team members
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for the executive team
Prepare agendas and take minutes for board and committee meetings
Ensure compliance with the Brown Act for all board and committee meetings
Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality of all company and personal matters
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
Act as the primary liaison between executives, employees, and external parties
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations across departments
High School Diploma or higher
Minimum of 5 years of secretarial and administrative experience
Public board meeting support level preferred
Extensive computer skills (Type 60+ WPM)
Knowledge of Zoom meetings- How to set up and facilitate
Knowledge of the Brown Act preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
