Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Petaluma, California


One of our clients located in Petaluma is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp to hire basis! If you are looking for work and have strong administrative skills, this may be the role for you!


Coordinate & assist Engineering Department with:

  • project planning and documentation

  • communications with other departments

  • project charts and work flow

  • tracking and reporting r&d project progress


  • 3+ years working in an Administrative capacity

  • Self-motivated, organized and the ability to handle

multiple assignments at once

  • Experience working with web based communication

tools, Excel, Word, Flow charts and Gantt charts are a

must, Publisher and/or some graphics software skills

a plus.

  • Good communication skills essential.
