Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Petaluma, California. The role is primarily focused on maintaining financial records of four LLCs, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, and generating revenue reports. The position demands a proactive approach towards duties and potential special projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial records for four separate LLCs
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy
• Process invoices and journal entries in a timely manner
• Handle month-end and year-end transactions and close books accordingly
• Maintain communication with vendors as required
• Generate data reports, revenue reports, and other financial documents for the owner
• Utilize software such as QuickBooks Online and bill.com for various tasks
• Actively seek to take over more duties and demonstrate a positive attitude towards growth
• Participate in special projects as needed, showing willingness to dedicate extra time when required
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Perform account reconciliation tasks and ensure financial records are up-to-date. Requirements
• Possess proficiency bill.com ERP Software
• Possess proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
• Proficient in Bookkeeping
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close procedures
• Familiarity with Payroll processing
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
• Experience using bill.com for financial management.
