The Impact You'll Make:
As the Senior Director, you'll play a vital role in empowering mission-driven clients. You'll leverage your financial expertise to provide strategic guidance and support, helping them navigate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. What You'll Do:
Be a trusted advisor to multiple not-for-profit clients, guiding them towards financial stability and growth.
Develop innovative financial strategies aligned with their unique missions and goals.
Conduct insightful financial analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Offer expert guidance and support for grant applications, maximizing their funding potential.
Foster strong relationships with clients and build a thriving practice within our firm.
Manage daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
Oversee insurance and risk management.
Manage the preparation of all financial reports.
Create and manage five-year business plans along with department managers.
Requirements
We're Looking For:
A passionate financial leader with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Proven success in both public accounting and the not-for-profit sector.
Must be confident with public speaking and delivering financials.
A knack for financial analysis and modeling, turning numbers into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating complex financial information for diverse audiences.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to inspire and develop your team.
