As an Accountant Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Performing variance analysis to identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
Performing Variance Analysis to identify financial performance gaps and suggest corrective actions.
Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other ERP Solutions to manage and analyze business information.
Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices.
Assisting in Budget Processes to ensure financial efficiency and control.
Prepare monthly journal entries.
Conducting Auditing tasks to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Conducting reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Executing alternate duties and partaking in special projects as assigned

Requirements
The ideal Accountant candidate will have:
An Associate of Arts or Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business suggested.
1 year of relevant accounting experience necessary
Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Account reconciliation experience highly desired.
Proven knowledge of variance analysis
Proficient in ERP systems
High-level understanding of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP’s) is preferred.
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks.
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
