Description We are in search of a dedicated Application Development Project Manager/Lead for our team in the Financial Services industry, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing the technical aspects of our organization's application development, utilizing a range of skills including cloud technologies, database management, and application development.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in UI and Database design concepts to support application development

• Use advanced programming techniques including MSSQL, .Net Core APIs (Restful), and React to create or maintain existing web applications

• Utilize detail oriented software development tools including Visual Studio, VS Code, GIT, Azure DevOPS, and extensible web authoring tools

• Effectively articulate technical designs and solutions through both verbal and written formats

• Research and resolve technical challenges, independently or as part of a team

• Design, develop and maintain applications adhering to project timelines and quality standards

• Deploy applications to production environment after getting approval from QA and provide after-hours support for any issues with applications as needed

• Participate in design sessions, generate ideas on UI/UX design and develop according to specifications

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project objectives and deliverables on time and on budget. Requirements • Proven experience in the Financial Services industry as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead or similar role

• Excellent knowledge of Cloud Technologies and their application in the Financial Services sector

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Database management

• Extensive understanding of EO/IR systems and their application in the Financial Services sector

• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and its application in the Financial Services sector

• Familiarity with AB Testing and its application in the Financial Services sector

• Proven experience in Application Development and Deployments

• Strong skills in Design and Engineering related to application development

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude to identifying and resolving issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a team of application developers. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
