Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role will focus on the defense aspect of premise/product liability, requiring a collaborative and hardworking individual. The position operates on a hybrid model, where you'll be expected to work part of the week in the office and part remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of premise/product liability cases

• Utilize case management software, legal software, and LexisNexis for case tracking and documentation

• Conduct thorough and detailed claim administration and complaint handling

• Draft and prepare legal briefings and other pertinent legal documents

• Perform civil litigation tasks and defense litigation as required

• Use your management system skills to ensure smooth operations

• Collaborate with team members and work independently on certain cases

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards of the legal profession

• Ensure all legal advice given follows the current law and the company's policy. Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of law

• Proficiency in using 3M, Case Management Software, and Legal software

• Experience with LexisNexis and Management System

• Demonstrated skills in briefing, civil litigation, and claim administration

• Proven ability in complaint handling and documentation

• Experience in defense litigation is a must

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
