Robert Half Cloud System Administrator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Description We are providing a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Cloud System Administrator in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry located in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. You will mainly be responsible for supporting access issues within Oracle and handling tickets related to Oracle within Jira.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot high level issues related to the Oracle ERP system.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders from multiple departments including IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Process customer credit applications with precision.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when required.
• Develop and maintain API systems.
• Manage Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon EC2 technologies.
• Utilize your skills in Ansible, Auto Scaling, and AWS Technologies.
• Conduct cluster analysis and ensure backup technologies are in place. Requirements • Proven experience as a Cloud System Administrator within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry
• Proficient with Amazon CloudWatch and Amazon EC2
• Familiarity with Ansible and Atlassian Jira for project management
• Experience with Auto Scaling and API Development
• Strong knowledge of Automation and AWS Technologies
• Experience with Backup Technologies and Cluster Analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
