As the Controller, you will plan and direct all accounting operational functions, manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial information for internal and external financial statements, assess accounting and internal control systems, and guide departmental staff. This permanent position is for a Controller who will work in the Philadelphia region.

Your responsibilities in this role:

  • Project quarterly financial statements

  • Project weekly cash flow

  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial information

  • Maintain internal financial statements

  • Maintain compliance with government agencies

  • Payroll account management

  • Manage and reconcile customer contracts

    Requirements

The ideal Controller candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. MBA and/or CPA preferred.

Other requirements for the Controller position include and are not limited to:

  • 8+ years of related experience, CPA preferred

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Sage

  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

  • Highly organized with ability to adapt quickly

  • Ability to work with people, as well as independently

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
