We have partnered with an established Property Management Company on their search for a proactive Corporate Accountant. In this role, you will prepare journal entries, complete balance sheet account reconciliations, perform ACH wires, monitor property cable income, reconcile intercompany billings, process bi-weekly payroll transfers, forward property management fees, prepare documentation for external audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This Corporate Accountant must have the ability to provide valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities

· Maintain and update client accounts

· Review monthly property management fees

· Perform Financial Analysis

· Generate quarterly distributions

· Prepare financial statements

· Maintain financial documents

· Balance sheet account reconciliations

· Monitor property incomes

· Process Improvement of Internal Controls

· Assist with external audit activities

· Oversee internal controls

Requirements

The ideal Corporate Accountant will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting.

Other requirements for the Corporate Accountant role include and are not limited to:

· CPA preferred

· 3+ years of overall accounting experience

· SAP, Oracle HFM, and consolidation experience is a big plus

· Experience with Power BI big plus

· Strong GAAP experience
