Description Successful company in NE Philadelphia is seeking an experienced customer service specialist for a possible temporary to hire opportunity. Experience with ecommerce is required. This position also requires experience with advanced customer care and strong resolution skills. This is a remote position, but only local candidates will be considered, you may need to go into the office occasionally for team meetings. However you will be learning and working remotely.
