Description
Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a Fortune 500 telecommunications company for an experienced Digital Project Manager with a strong focus on User Experience (UX). This individual will lead digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms, ensuring user-centric solutions are delivered efficiently in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the UX process, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex digital projects.
Location: Remote (EST hours)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $42-48/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee digital projects from concept through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Partner with UX designers, researchers, and product managers to develop intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth project execution.
Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies to drive high-quality deliverables.
Act as a key point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Promote best practices in agile project management and advocate for user-driven design solutions.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital project management with a focus on UX/UI design projects.
Strong experience in agile environments, with a preference for candidates holding Scrum or SAFe certifications.
Deep understanding of the UX process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and balance competing priorities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana) and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the telecommunications industry or similarly regulated sectors.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Background in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals.
