Description
Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills as part of the management team. Ensure timely and complete financial statements and budget analysis; accounting information is input accurately and timely
Oversee the daily fiscal operations achieving the department's goals and objectives
Manage outsourced functions
Perform thorough preparation and management of all internal and external audits (Financial, Retirement
Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction- processing operations, and policies and procedures.
Effectively delegate authority to staff that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable
Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
Requirements
The ideal Director of Finance candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. CPA or CMA accreditation
Other requirements for the Director of Finance position include and are not limited to:
3+ years in a leadership, management role.
Healthcare or non-profit industry experience.
Experience with SAGE Intacct
FQHS (Federally Qualified Health Center) experience preferred.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
